Hello
My name is Tracey Hanko. I am a recent graduate of Lumia, an organization accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I am also currently a Dental Hygienist of 30 years. I have enjoyed building lasting relationships with my patients through these years. It has been both a privilege and honor to serve alongside individuals who love to help and encourage others. I have also enjoyed partnering with my patients to achieve their dental health goals along with having meaningful conversations about their lives. Deep and meaningful conversations are what led me into life coaching. I find value in learning from others and listening to their stories. I believe we are all uniquely created for love and connection.
Boating, golfing, kayaking, and long walks are some of the hobbies I enjoy. Solitude, mindfulness and an exercise routine are some of the habits I have practiced over many years for my own well being and mental health.
My Story
My story is a journey of love, hope and faith. I have come to know the transforming power of stillness and being in relationship with my Creator. The gift and treasure that comes from being myself and staying true to myself is an ongoing journey. Walking in peace amidst chaos, having comfort and joy during times of trial and grief, having harmony within myself and with others, are just some of the unexpected blessings that have come alongside me on this journey. I have learned that receiving grace in times of weakness, and grace in times of strength, are what my heart can cling to. Relying on hope as the anchor of my soul is what helps me stay the course to live, to love, and to lead. My hope and prayer are that others will experience the same.
